HECAS application for January 2027 Intake for Academic Session 2026/2027 is OFFICIALLY CLOSED on Wednesday, 09^th September 2026 at 03:00 PM.

For applicants who have not yet received their HECAS Bills, please email ask.hecas@moe.gov.bn. Please note that the HECAS Admin will attend to requests based on the order in which emails are received. While every effort will be made to process requests promptly, the HECAS Admin will not be held responsible for any delays, whether caused by the applicant or the administration. Please be advised that the issuance of a bill requires two (2) working days. Once payment has been made, it may take an additional two (2) working days for the payment status to be updated in your HECAS account.
