Announcement on Closing of HECAS August 2025 Intake (Academic Session 2025/2026) Online Application

HECAS August 2025 Intake (Academic Session 2025/2026) is now officially CLOSED.

For applicants, who have not received their HECAS Bills, their bills will be emailed by Wednesday, 26th February 2025. Once received, applicant may proceed with payment through the following options:

1. Via BIBD Mobile Application (by midnight of Thursday, 27th February 2025);
2. At Counter 8, One Stop Service Centre, Ground Floor, Block C, Ministry of Education (by Thursday, 27th February 2025 from 8:00AM to 3:00PM)
3. At any BIBD counters with Teller Service (by Thursday, 27th February 2025 during banking hours).

If applicant did not receive your HECAS bill by the 26th February 2025, please email ask.hecas@moe.gov.bn.

For applicants who wish to update their academic achievements after closing date of HECAS August 2025 Intake (Academic Session 2025/2026), such as transcripts/certificates/statements of result to the respective institution(s), may do so via email by stating full name, IC number, phone number and the name of program the applicant applied to:

The announcement of HECAS August 2025 Intake (Academic Session 2025/2026) result will be made in early June 2025 through MOE website and the media (newspapers, radio and television). Applicants may then log into their HECAS account to check their results. Unsuccessful applicants who meet the minimum entry requirement set by local Higher Education Institutions (HEIs), i.e. UBD, UNISSA and PB, may send a Letter of Appeal directly to HEIs for consideration. Applicants have 3 working days to send their letters of appeal.
